Senior Cabin Crew (Purser)

We are looking for qualified and dedicated Senior Cabin Crew members to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will have excellent leadership qualities, a commitment to safety, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications

• Valid Cabin Crew Attestation
• Successfully completed large Aircraft type training
• One year experience as Senior Cabin Crew
• Fluent in English
• Aero Medical Report (Fit)
• Recent operational experience within the last 12 months
• Women applicants: Minimum height 168cm
• Men applicants: Minimum height 178cm
• Age range: 25 – 40 years
• BMI range: 18 – 22 for women and 20-25 for men

Skills and Attributes

• Managerial experience to oversee cabin operations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service
• Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
• Ability to handle in-flight emergencies calmly and effectively
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preference

• Experience as Senior Cabin Crew on B737 CL
• Successfully completed B737 CL type training
• Cabin Crew Instructor/ Examiner
• CRMI Certificate
• Language proficiency in Arabic
