Initial First Officer

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Pilots to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to aviation safety and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Qualifications

• ATPL license or CPL License with ATP theoretical pass examination 
• Current Instrument Rating
• Valid Medical Certificate (Class 1)
• English LPR level 4 or higher

• Excellent communication skills with advanced CRM abilities
• Stress management in an ever-changing work environment
• Task sharing and delegation skills
• An overall problem-solving and decision-making skill set including those required from an aviation professional

Preference

• Residency in Shiraz is required.
• Maximum age: 30 years.

Service Commitment

• The selected candidate will be required to sign a service commitment and provide the necessary guarantees after meeting the employment conditions, in accordance with company policies.
