Cabin Crew Lead

Air Shiraz is seeking a qualified and experienced Cabin Crew Lead to join our growing team. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence will play a vital role in shaping the future of our cabin services and ensuring a safe and memorable travel experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cabin crew teams across all phases of flight.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings, ensuring crew readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, emergency protocols, and service standards.
• Monitor crew performance, provide coaching, and recommend training needs.
• Act as the main liaison between cabin crew, flight operations, and safety departments.
• Manage in-flight irregularities and ensure effective crisis leadership.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of new cabin crew members.
• Contribute to building a strong safety and service culture within Air Shiraz.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field. 
• In-depth knowledge of aviation safety and service standards.
• Minimum 5+ years of cabin crew / inflight services experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position within cabin services.
• Proficiency in English (LPR level 4 or higher).
• Valid Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP) training.
• Basic knowledge of ICAO, IATA, and CAA. IRI. regulations.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective crisis and safety leadership under pressure.
• Proficiency in crew management systems or relevant aviation software.

Preference:

• Residency in Shiraz is highly preferred.
• Maximum age: 45 years.
